This is an exceptional Natural Brazilian Agate Geode slab with gorgeous hues of Greyish Blue and White highlights. This slab has a great design with amazing Agate banding. This slab measures approximately 14 1/8″ wide x 10 7/8″ tall x 2 1/2″ thick and weighs nearly 13 3/4 pounds. It is nicely polished on the front face contrasted by the natural rough exterior of the Geode. Truly a one of a kind piece!

Agates mostly occur as nodules in volcanic rocks or waters containing silica in solution possibly derived from the decomposition of silicates in the lava. The siliceous matter is deposited in regular layers resulting in the banded or striped formation.
