Here’s a gorgeous Apatite Heart. It has a very nice blue color with lots of shimmer. The lovely heart measures 3 1/8″ wide x 2 3/4 tall x 1 3/8″ thick with a nice polish. It broke in half and has been adequately repaired and still very nice.

Apatite is a part of the phosphate group of minerals that was formed in igneous rocks and in metamorphosed limestone. Apatite is translucent or transparent and usually green in color but can be colorless, white, yellow, bluish, reddish, brown or purple.
