This is smaller Sodalite from 3/4″ to 1 1/2″+ in size. This is a beautiful Blue and White rock with a very neat design mixed in that only enhances the true beauty of this rock.. It is great for the rock tumbler or use it just as is for fountains or other decorative uses.
Sodalite is a rich royal blue mineral enjoyed as an ornamental stone. Although massive samples are opaque, Crystals are usually transparent to translucent. It is very similar to Lapis but without the Pyrite Crystals and distinguishable color differences. It makes great jewelry, cabochons and beads.
