Here is a very nice, above average quality, Orthoceras fossil specimens cut into a free form plaque. The plaque measures 9″ x 6 1/8″ x 2″ thick. The fossils on the front face have been chipped out of the matrix and are unpolished in it’s natural state but still reveal very good detail and unique characteristics. The Orthoceras measure from 1 3/4″ to 5 1/8″ long. A must have for any collector.
