Manganocalcite or Manganoan Calcite is a Manganese rich mineral that gives it it’s pink color. It is sometimes confused with Rhodocrosite. Manganocalcite is sometimes called the “Reiki Stone” as it is said to have healing properties.

Appearance: It has a pink color that varies from pale to darker pink in normal light. Under SW/UV it shows a brilliant orange color. Also, will fluoresce under a LW/UV. UV fluorescent (shot with uvBeast 365nm(nanometer) Black Light UV flashlight).
