Here’s something new, a lovely set of Rose Quartz bookends. This exceptional set has a great polish on the front face and inner side for alternate display options with deep to light pink color in a neat design. It has subtle “rainbow” reflections and looks even better with back lighting. It measures 5 3/8″ wide x 5 1/4″ tall x 2 1/2″. A really nice set that won’t last long!

Rose Quartz is a member of the Quartz family that exhibits a pale Pink to Rose Red hue. The color is usually due to the trace amounts of Titanium, Iron or Manganese in the mass material. Some Rose Quartz contains microscopic Rutile needles which produce an asterism in transmitted light. An all time favorite at the Rock Shop.
